13 aside Match Officials Short Course
The Aim of the course:
To be qualified to referee the 13 aside game
Consists of professional discussion
Attendees would receive the RFL Match Officials Award
Attendees can then join a local Referees Society should they wish to become a Match Official
Time: 2 hours depending on Rugby League background

The Aim of the course:
To be qualified to referee the primary game (mini/mod)Consists of theory study
Concludes with a multiple choice exam
Attendees would receive the RFL Match Officials Award
Attendees can then join a local Referees Society should they wish to become a Match Official
Time: 2 to 3 hours depending on Rugby League background
